Computer and Network Support Specialist (CNSS)

Frontera Concepts is a network integration and computer support services company that provides computer and network support for small and medium sized businesses.

Our ideal candidate will have at least two years hands-on experience in PC troubleshooting and repair, primarily in a networked environment and sometimes in a stand alone environment. Working knowledge of servers, routers, switches, firewalls is a big plus. You must be professional, have the ability to work directly with clients on their sites and communicate effectively with different levels of management and staff. Documentation of work orders and being very flexible in a fast paced dynamic work environment is also a must.

You must have reliable transportation, valid Texas Drivers License, and valid car insurance.

Salary for this position is $13 - $16, Frontera Concepts will also reimburse for mileage. Hours for this position are M – F, 8:00am – 5:00pm, after hours project and weekend project work are to be expected.
